I feel productivity is lost here because a lot of my users, when the window is blank, they just leave it blank. currently if i click 'new appointment' it just loads a totally blank window.

It’s possible to select a specific Forms Library though it needs a macro using the most inelegant VBA feature SendKeys. In the Choose Form dialog box, please (1) select User Templates in File System from the Look In drop down list, (2) click to highlight the specified email template, and then (3) Click.
